She does not say "I don't know" and leave at that, she may say I don't know but I will research it and get back to you with an answer and does just that. It made no difference when I called her, even in the evening, she would take the time to talk to me and answer any questions I had. Her open houses were very well done and well marked on the highway. We were here for 5 days and met her at an open house we just happen to stop in. Bobbi went out of her way to show us many houses and the last one was “the one”. She is super knowledgeable and handled everything for us including setting us up with a great mortgage broker, handling all our inspections, referring us to a great title company, helping with insurance, and answering all our questions. I will refer every person interested in buying in this area to her. She’s not only a great real estate agent she is a great person as well.

I happened to go into an Open House that Bobbi Sue Letso was holding in Venice. I was with a friend who was looking for a condo. I started talking to Bobbi Sue, after she gave my friend some info on the property for sale and suggested she look around. I happened to mention that I was looking for a real estate agent to sell my sister's home in Clearwater. To my surprise, Bobbi Sue said, "I'd be interested in selling the house.". "What?? Our particular situation was not uncommon, but nevertheless, difficult. It included the loss of an elderly parent, the displacement of the surviving parent, timing issues with regard to availability of assisted living, two separate properties, and an unexpected lien against one of the properties. As if all of the above was not enough, this would be a long-distance sale, as we are located in out of state. Bobbie Sue found none of the above daunting. She put her head down and dug in. She advised us on how to prepare the properties so they presented beautifully. There were some cases we needed help from local contractors to either repair issues or enhance presentation. Bobbie Sue recommended contractors she had worked with in the past, and every one of them turned out to be high quality at a fair cost. Her pictures and write-ups on the properties were fantastic, and realistic. She knows the market, and knows how to price properties for maximum return, while not over-pricing so they do not move. We were involved with, and kept abreast of everything from the initial strategy for each property, every showing date, feedback from showings, right down to spreadsheets showing sale fees and what the bottom line would be for us after sale.
